General conditions of Rooties Barefoot
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the Rooties Barefoot store, represented by Pedro Barreto Goulão Crespo with tax identification number 263542661, with headquarters at Rua Margarida Palla nº2, in Algés (hereinafter "Rooties Barefoot”) will be governed.
The service of Rooties Barefoot consists of the provision and supply of a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, to whom the status of customer is attributed, to order and purchase online, the products presented therein.
Using Roooties Barefoot implies the full acceptance and agreement of all parameters present in the Terms and conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access Rooties Barefoot.

The customer undertakes to fully respect the conditions and rights mentioned, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other applicable legislation to the use of images, videos, content, etc. without express approval from Rooties Barefoot. Rooties Barefoot cannot be held responsible for the possible improper use of such products.

Once the payment is completed, Rooties Barefoot will proceed with a standard verification, so that the order can be processed and sent. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid.
Terms of purchase at Rooties Barefoot:
Product availability
All products and/or services available at Rooties Barefoot can be purchased, except in cases of stock breakage or limitation, as well as for custom-made products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be duly identified on Rooties Barefoot.
If the product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Rooties Barefoot undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or e-mail, as soon as possible to expedite the process with them.
Fees and taxes
At Rooties Barefoot, the prices shown are in Euros, with the applicable VAT rates and taxes in accordance with current law, which are already included in the price shown.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is still being processed. It is requested that you inform Rooties Barefoot via the following e-mail contact: info@rooties-barefoot.com
If the cancellation request was made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. Rooties Barefoot is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.
Rooties Barefoot reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of Rooties Barefoot.
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so via email info@rooties-barefoot.com or by filling out the contact form available on Rooties Barefoot.
By terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompanied the main product. Rooties Barefoot must reimburse the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

Disclaimer
When creating and using an account with Rooties Barefoot, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, its confidentiality, and for all activity originating from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.
Rooties Barefoot is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
Rooties Barefoot is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delay or unforeseen circumstances in the delivery of orders.
