Delivery policy

Rooties Barefoot offers several shipping options, which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as its weight, value, and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed when an order is placed in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

• Destination region;
• Order weight and/or value;
• Chosen shipping method;
• Choice of VAS (Value Added Services).

In-store collection

When choosing the "In-store collection" shipping method, no shipping costs will be charged. Rooties Barefoot does not have a store open to the public but offers this delivery option in the vicinity of the brand's offices.

Shipping via CTT to Europe

When choosing the "Shipping" delivery method, orders are sent through the CTT carrier.

The prices shown in the table apply to the "Shipping" service, in which delivery is made within two working days after the order is dispatched.

The prices shown are subject to the legally applicable VAT rate.

How orders are processed

Orders will be dispatched based on the shipping method chosen by the consumer when placing the order and only after payment validation.

Orders may be shipped by CTT carriers.

When the order is dispatched, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

The estimated delivery time may vary according to the contracted shipping service or the time specified in the shipping method description.
