Return Policy

Framework

 

This return policy was prepared based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without needing to state a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (excluding the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Thus, in the event of exercising the right of free withdrawal, any purchase made in the store can be returned up to a maximum of 14 days after receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).

 

If the customer wishes to exercise the right of free withdrawal from the contract, they must fill out and submit an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal from the contract. This can be done via email at info@rooties-barefoot.com, within the aforementioned period, explicitly stating that they wish to withdraw from the contract.

The contact made by email should refer to the following information:

            Recipient's name;

            Phone/mobile contact;

            Order number;

            Order date;

Upon receipt of the request for free contract withdrawal, a response will be provided as soon as possible, in order to streamline the shipment of the purchased product(s).

 

Conditions for Return

For a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in the same condition as they were delivered (without signs of use). It will also be necessary for them to be returned in their original packaging and without signs of improper use or mishandling. The box must be protected (an envelope, like the one used for shipping, can be used). No labels can be affixed to the box; along with the shoes and the box, all original components must be included.

The return must always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.

Refund

The refund of the product(s) value, excluding delivery costs, will be made in full within 14 days from the date we receive the products for return and confirm by email that all requirements are met for the return to be processed.

The refund will be made via bank transfer or Mbway (to be chosen by the customer in question).

Exchanges

An exchange of items is only accepted within a maximum of 30 days after purchase, for new products, without signs of use, and with the original box free of marks or stickers, either physically at our collection point or by mail. If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us by email at info@rooties-barefoot.com, providing the order number. The re-shipment of the new product will only be made after receipt of the item to be exchanged.

 The item must be sent to the address confirmed in the email response to the exchange request.

 

Online orders not picked up and returned to the store by the carrier

If the customer is unavailable to receive their order multiple times or fails to pick up the order within the period it is held at the selected pick-up point, and it is returned by the carrier to our store, without any further instruction, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the value of the products using the same payment method.

Gifts

If the item was a gift, it will only be accepted for exchange upon presentation of the respective purchase email.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product to be exchanged will be borne by the customer, and the shipping costs for the new product will be borne by the brand.

International Returns

In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is carried out based on the conditions mentioned above.
