How to choose your size:
1 - Measure your foot:
Draw your foot on a sheet of paper (with weight on it) and measure as shown in the image below. From the heel to the longest toe, and then the width, at the widest part of the foot.
2 - See column - "Foot size"
To choose the ideal size, we should add a margin of 0.8cm to 1.2cm to the foot length. In the "Foot size" column, we have already done the calculations, and you can use this as a guide to choose the most suitable size.
